ALBAM JAPANESE DENIM UTILITY Jacket£245.00
With its slightly cropped length ALBAM'S UTILITY Jacket takes its influence from 1950s AMERICAN workwear.
In turn the use of JAPANESE 13.5oz selvedge pays homage to JAPAN'S obsession with the fashion of their AMERICAN counterparts at the time.
Think what James Dean would have worn had he subscribed to POPEYE Magazine.
JAPANESE selvedge can only be hand-woven to 31 inches, which is around half the width of average denim. This creates a denser fabric, which in turn evolves organically with each wear.
Staying true to the conventions of a classic denim jacket it houses two hand warmer pockets and as many chest pockets.
The jacket uses ITALIAN branded jean studs throughout. Adjusters on the reverse are used to add shape.
